Large language model providers

Customers under contract can request the providers' names at privacy@yinke.ai.

Email delivery providers

Purpose: sending sign-up verification, billing reminders, service notices and other emails.

Payment service providers

Purpose: processing payments for plans and balance top-ups.

Data involved: customers' billing and payment details. Shoppers' payments to merchants go through the merchant's own payment channels, not through us.

What is not a subprocessor

Messaging channels a merchant connects (such as WeChat), the merchant's order endpoints and webhook receivers are chosen and controlled by the merchant under their own terms; they are not our subprocessors.

Error monitoring, knowledge base embedding and IP geolocation lookups run on our own servers, without third parties.
