Cookie notice

Cập nhật lần cuối:

This notice explains what our website, consoles and chat widget store in your browser, why, and how you can control it. By default we use only cookies and local storage that are strictly necessary to provide the Service; only with your consent do we use Google Ads cookies to measure our advertising. We use no analytics tools.

1. What cookies and local storage are

A cookie is a small piece of text a website stores in your browser and receives back on each visit. Local storage (localStorage) also lives in your browser, but is read only by scripts on the page and is not sent to the server automatically.

2. Our website, yinke.ai

site_lang (cookie, 1 year): remembers the language you pick in the language menu. It is set only when you switch language yourself.

CDN security cookies (such as __cf_bm, usually 30 minutes): may be set by our CDN provider Cloudflare to detect and block malicious traffic.

3. Customer console and platform admin

aics_token and aics_admin_token (local storage): keep you signed in when you reload the page. Cleared when you sign out.

4. Advertising measurement (only with your consent)

aics_consent (local storage): remembers whether you chose Accept or Reject in our privacy notice, so we do not ask again; it applies to both the website and the consoles.

Google Ads cookies (such as _gcl_au, up to about 90 days): only if you click “Accept” do we load Google's code (gtag.js) on our website and consoles, to count whether visitors who arrive from Google ads sign up or pay. When you pay, we send Google the payment order ID, amount and currency to de-duplicate and measure results; we do not send your name, email or other identity details. Google LLC processes this data under its own privacy policy and may process it in the United States.

If you don't choose or you click “Reject”, we do not load Google's code and send nothing to Google.

5. The chat widget on merchants' websites

aics_visitor_id (local storage): a randomly generated visitor ID that lets conversations continue in the same browser. It contains no name or other identity details. It is removed when you clear browser data or when the merchant resets the widget.

The widget runs on the merchant's website, and the merchant is the controller of this data. Merchants should mention it in their own privacy or cookie notice and decide, under local law, whether consent is needed.

6. Your choices

You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of our website. If you withdraw consent, we stop loading Google's code and delete the cookies it set whose names start with _gcl. You can also view, delete or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings. If you block them, the website may not remember your language, you may not stay signed in, and the chat widget cannot continue earlier conversations.

7. Changes and contact

We will update this page if the cookies or local storage we use change. Questions: privacy@yinke.ai.
