Plans, usage, and billing
How AI replies are counted, how overage is charged, how to pay, and how to set a spending cap.
How billing works
Plans are billed by number of AI replies: each answer the AI sends to a customer counts as one reply. Messages sent by human agents are not billed. Agent tools also count toward usage: every 5 translations count as 1 reply, and reply suggestions and conversation summaries count as 1 reply each time.
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI replies, as well as knowledge base capacity, product count, and agent seats. See Pricing for details.
After you exceed your plan
After the replies in a paid plan are used up, overage is charged per reply from your balance. The Free plan has no overage; when its quota is used up, AI pauses replies and customers receive a fallback message.
To prevent overage spending from exceeding your expectations, you can set the maximum overage spend per billing cycle in "Plans & Billing." When the limit is reached, AI pauses (customer conversations, translations, and AI assistance all stop) and automatically resumes in the next cycle; raising or removing the limit restores it immediately.
Payment
Purchase a plan or top up on the "Plans & Billing" page. Bank cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal are supported.
- Auto-renewal: Payment is charged automatically at renewal. You can cancel at any time; after cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current period.
- One-time purchase: You pay only once; no automatic charge at expiry.
When paying, check "Save this card" to select it directly for future payments. Card numbers are stored by the payment provider Airwallex; Yinke only records the last digits of the card.
When you change plans, the unused portion of your original plan is credited to your balance. Only the account owner can purchase plans and top up.
Notifications
Emails are sent to the owner and admins when quota usage reaches 80%, when the balance is low, and 7 days and 1 day before a plan expires. You can turn off optional notifications in "Plans & Billing."
